Responsibilities
- Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.
- Oversee preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services.
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
- Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
- Monitor and adjust contract expenditures.
- Supervise 3–4 people.
