Job Description Responsibilities
- Improve maintenance plans through work planning and control, using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM, and WPC.
- Deployment and management of the system standards established by the company.
- Assist Value Stream management in development of planned programs, ensuring compliance and execution of standards, and ensuring plant‑wide controls.
- Provide strong technical support for the value streams and a guiding hand for process standards.
- Active participation in meetings with lead plants.
- Coaching and knowledge deployment to VS‑engineers (QTD and OMM).
- Serve as a coach/mentor to others.
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic).
- Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability.
- Advanced Asset Management & Reliability Engineering (OMM – ACPD – WPC).
- Strong Data Analytics & Statistical Control.
