The role of the Maintenance Coordinator in Faurecia is to ensure the proper functioning of equipment by applying preventive and corrective maintenance, planning, executing, and supervising repairs and/or installations carried out in accordance with acceptable quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and updating of the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
- Coordinate maintenance activities on the shop floor.
- Coordinate and implement improvement actions.
- Schedule extraordinary activities for corrective maintenance.
- Enter requisitions in SAP and follow up until sending the purchase order to the supplier.
- Meet with suppliers to request quotes for various required tasks.
- Distribute resources to address machinery failures during corrective maintenance.
- Audit TPM boards to ensure compliance.
