Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general and specialized maintenance across site properties
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds and facilities
• Complete appliance and plumbing repairs efficiently
• Maintain organization in mechanical and work areas
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic electrical and carpentry tools
