We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support property operations during weekends and after-hours. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance requests, dispatching emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety, vendor, and asset management processes across multiple properties.
What You’ll Do
- Manage service requests (HVAC, plumbing, roof leaks)
- Coordinate with vendors and property teams
- Maintain safety, asset, and warranty records
- Support fire & life safety and security system compliance
- Monitor and respond to maintenance requests via Microsoft Teams
- Dispatch and coordinate emergency repairs during weekends and after-hours
- Track service requests (HVAC, plumbing, roof leaks)
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution and service quality
- Conduct audits and maintain maintenance documentation
