Maintenance Area Manager, Reliability & Safety Lead

Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering is seeking an experienced Maintenance Area Manager to lead a team of technicians across the IntlRME network in Mexico. You will drive safety training, coaching and develop technicians while prioritizing high equipment availability through preventive maintenance plans.

You will collaborate with Site Safety and leadership to ensure compliance, organize training, and coordinate local projects.
