Maintenance Area Manager, Reliability Maintenance Engineering (Xico)

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager.

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager is the line manager for a team of technicians.

• Train, develop and coach the technician team to maintain a focus on safety.
• Ensure all preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed to deliver a high level of equipment availability.
• Support the Reliability Engineering Manager in working with the Site Safety department and Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs.
