Job Description
Position Summary: The Maintenance Apprentice is responsible for preventative maintenance activities, changeovers, volume conversions, breakdown troubleshooting, and improvement projects in a high‑paced flexible packaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to all safety procedures, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform all work in accordance with health and safety standards, rules, regulations and practices of the facility.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures or breakdowns.
- Repair and perform maintenance on high‑speed packaging equipment, including dismantling and assembling mechanical and electrical components and replacing defective parts.
