As a Maintenance Agent, you’ll maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay special.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and work orders from team members.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
