Job Summary: This role invites a self‑employed Heavy Equipment Mechanic who will perform maintenance, electrical troubleshooting and HVAC repairs for a large fleet of mining and industrial machinery on‑site in the Northern Alberta Oil Sands Region.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair excavators, dozers and large rigid frame haul trucks.
• Interpret technical schematics and manuals to resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements and system inspections.
