- Manufactureparts that meet dimensional tolerances as specified in technical drawings.
- Program machinesusingG-Codes foraccuratemachining processes.
- Fabricate electrodes using milling and lathe machines.
- Maintain and update inventory of tools, accessories, and instruments used for Sparking EDM.
- Machine jigs and fixtures asrequiredfor production and tooling support.
- Ensure safety and proper maintenance of machines and tools in the tool room, especially Sparking EDM machines.
- Uphold 5S housekeeping standards, teamwork, and coordination with other departments tocomply withcompany rules and regulations.
