Opportunity for a Machines & Systems Engineer within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo). The role is part of the Machinery & Automation Team focused on developing and implementing robotics and Industry 4.0 solutions for composite part manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver machines and technical systems: develop innovative concepts for machines/robots and technical systems.
- Establish the necessary specifications/requirements for machines and technical systems.
- Define technical contents of the machines/robots and technical systems CapEx file and perform cost estimation.
- Contribution/support to the procurement process in relation to all technical aspects.
- Planning, steering and monitoring of the project's approval, commitment, cash flow and internal engineering cost by periodical reviews with the machine/robot project leader and functional leaders (contractual milestones: KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, R&R; follow‑up).
