MACHINERY MECHANIC

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and repair of grouting and construction machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine faults.
• Maintain and repair Jet Grouting rigs, Fissure Grouting equipment, TAM Grouting equipment, high-pressure pumps, air compressors, diesel generators, mixers, and grout plants.
• Perform servicing, replacement of worn parts, and equipment overhauls.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure machinery is in safe working condition before deployment.
• Attend site breakdowns and provide timely repair support to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
