Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Shop Supervisor to join our Paris team!
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide leadership to all employees involved in Machining to effectively meet company goals and objectives.
- Manage resources within the area of responsibility to ensure staffing and equipment levels match business activity levels.
- Assign jobs according to priorities to maintain scheduled completion dates, utilizing the most appropriate machines and employees for efficient production.
