Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine shop operations, workflows, and practices
• Proven knowledge of machining processes using a wide variety of machine tools
• Experience in assembly or machining environment
• Adept in job and manpower scheduling, training, and performance
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Computer literate
