Reporting to the Area Supervisor you will support fabrication and production labour. You must be a responsible team player with production machine operating skills to ensure Norseman Structures is
fiercely reliable to its customer base.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Promote a safe work environment compliant with OH&S regulations and standards and company policy
- Maintain a productive & efficient work area and environment
- Experience in fabrication, fitting of parts
- Basic math skills
- Read and interpret a tape measure
- Read and interpret engineered drawings – preferred but not required
- ISO experience - preferred but not required
- Competency with “Lean” manufacturing considered an asset
- Have the ability to do heavy lifting when required (in accordance with OH&S regulations)
