Ensures the achievement of daily production plans; abides by code of discipline and standard operating procedures; able to follow work instructions and collaborate with other operators in order to approve productivity and product quality.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures that daily production plan of the laser cutting section is met and well documented
- Ensures the quality of products being worked on, including deburring and finishing
- Learns skills that will improve productivity
- Ensures that proper tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasks
- Immediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processes
- Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
- Able to suggest improvements in work productivity and product quality
- Able to perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and tools
