Job Summary
Our Client in Brockville is seeking Production Operators for its manufacturing team located in Brockville, ON. The successful candidates will operate production machinery and equipment throughout the plant, work rotating shift structures, and achieve target machine and productivity rates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and optimal use of equipment, following established procedures, Lean, and 5S principles.
- Perform regular quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop knowledge to troubleshoot plant processes, perform equipment changeovers and minor repairs as necessary.
- Adjust to current demands, products, and plant priorities to support business interests.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
- Flexibility for shift rotations.
- Must reside in Canada.
