**What's the Job?**
+ Proper installation of pem nuts, standoffs, studs, and specialty hardware using various insertion machines and setups
+ Reading and interpreting blueprints and instructions for custom hardware setups
+ Ensuring all work processed through hardware insertion meets quality standards
+ Supporting the setup and operation of insertion machines
