- Operate and maintain printing machinery: This includes but is not limited to offset presses, digital printers, laminators, cutters, and other relevant equipment.
- Ensure high-quality print production: Monitor print jobs for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment: Keep machinery and the workspace clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a printing environment, preferably in a small-scale setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work with accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliable, hardworking.
