Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting Machine operators on behalf of our client in the Bolsover / Markham Vale area.
Experience
- Proven experience operating multiple types of automated production or assembly machinery, including packaging, end of line & automation.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with machine changeovers, setups, and adjustments.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high‑volume or fast‑paced production settings.
Technical Skills
- Ability to operate and monitor a range of automated machines (primarily packaging & assembly).
- Basic mechanical fault finding and first‑line maintenance.
- Understanding of tolerances and quality standards.
- Competent with production data recording systems or paperwork.
- Complete production to target output and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
