- Operate beam saw machine for accurate panel cutting.
- Read and follow cutting lists and job specifications.
- Set up machine parameters (blade height, speed, etc.).
- Load, align, and secure materials on the machine.
- Inspect cuts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct basic maintenance and report issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience operating a beam or panel saw
- CNC equipment experience preferred
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Good hand-eye coordination
Technical Skills
- Able to read blueprints and cutting lists
- Skilled in machine setup, adjustment, and maintenance
- Proficient with measuring tools and basic math
- Familiar with wood-based materials
