Requirements:

Certification from TESDA or any equivalent training

• 2 years experence • Must possess good communication skills • Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision

• Good practical and technical skills

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications

Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or irregularities

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Adjust machine settings to improve performance and product quality

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Document production data and machine performance
