Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor junior engineers in LLM development.
- Stay at the cutting edge of research in AI, LLMs, and quantum‑inspired computing.
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- ~2+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) hands‑on experience training or fine‑tuning Transformer/LLM models.
- Strong expertise in PyTorch, HuggingFace, and GPU computing.
- Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Fluent in English.
- Bonus: Experience with model compression, RAG systems, HPC, TensorRT, vLLM, or DevOps/MLOps.
