You will leverage your analytical skills to derive insights from genetic mutation data while collaborating with a talented team. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data
• Visualize genomic data to highlight critical findings
• Explore and validate biomarkers from cfDNA analyses
• Troubleshoot and correlate findings with clinical data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or higher in Bioinformatics or relevant discipline
• Strong Python and Bash/shell scripting skills
