About this role:
You’ll assess and underwrite risks arising in M&A and corporate transactions, working closely with brokers, clients, and advisors to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
What will you be doing:
- Evaluate info about the client, using data to analyse the risk of the potential client, decide whether insurance should be offered based on that analysis.
- Calculate the cost of providing the policy and establish a price for the premium.
- Structure and price insurance policies.
- Draft and negotiate policy terms and coverage.
- Collaborate with brokers, tax lawyers, and clients on live deals.
- Support the deal process under tight timelines.
About you:
- Background in M&A/W.I. insurance.
- French speaking.
