About this role
You’ll assess and underwrite risks arising in M&A and corporate transactions, working closely with brokers, clients, and advisors to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
What will you be doing
Evaluate info about the client, using data to analyse the risk of the potential client, decide whether insurance should be offered based on that analysis.
Calculate the cost of providing the policy and establish a price for the premium.
Structure and price insurance policies
Draft and negotiate policy terms and coverage
Collaborate with brokers, tax lawyers, and clients on live deals
Support the deal process under tight timelines
