Exactera seeks a Transaction Services Senior Tax Manager to lead transaction-driven tax engagements end-to-end for a portfolio of buy-side, sell-side, and post-close clients, leveraging our tax data analysis platform and delivering audit-ready technical support.

In addition to core M&A tax focus—cost analyses, Section 382 studies, and purchase accounting—you’ll guide related specialty tax engagements and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality, scalable results across deal lifecycles.
