M&A SPA Advisory Manager – Global Deals

PwC Spain is looking for a Manager to join the SPA Financial Advisor Team in Madrid. This team provides end-to-end assistance for M&A deals, advising on pricing mechanisms, key negotiations, and completion accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence or audit, is fluent in English and Spanish, and possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
