M&A Manager

Job Description

Sungrow Renewables is accelerating its expansion in Spain and Europe. The Investments & M&A team is a critical driver of this growth, responsible for originating, analysing and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as greenfield development and strategic partnerships.

This senior role has been created to lead the end-to-end execution of complex M&A deals, directly support the Country Manager in defining the local growth strategy, and act as a bridge between the Spanish team and Sungrow’s global headquarters. The M&A Manager will be expected to operate with significant autonomy, coach junior team members, and play a key part in consolidating Sungrow’s position as a world leader in renewable energy.
