M&A Manager

The Project Finance Manager/Specialist will report to the Investment & Finance Center in China directly, and will have responsibility for M&A transactions, capital raises, and project and corporate‑level financial modeling.

The position will work closely with the Business Development team to quickly compose the deal structure with applicable tax scheme analysis, price opportunities, and provide feedback to the steering committee in HQ.

It will collaborate with the HQ investment & financing team to develop and build complex financial models incorporating debt, tax, and permanent equity financing to evaluate project economics and financing alternatives.

It will be expected to help develop relationships with capital providers, renewable project off‑takers, and lead/support the SPV transaction in the SPA term‑sheet and financing documentation negotiation.
