Role Overview: We are looking to onboard a Lawyer in M&A, General Corporate Practice with 2–5 years PQE , with strong transaction execution experience and leadership capabilities. You need to have a strong business development & client acquisition acumen, this role will involve leading deal teams, managing client relationships, handling negotiations, and providing strategic advisory on complex corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity, and joint venture deals (public and private) Draft and negotiate key transaction documents including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), Business Transfer Agreements (BTA), Term Sheets, etc. Conduct legal due diligence and oversee diligence teams and reporting Coordinate with tax, regulatory, competition, and sectoral specialists as required for transaction structuring Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients; ma...
