M&A Erp Systems Lead

Primary PurposeThis role owns ERP responsibilities from pre-close due diligence through post close integration and stabilization. The M&A ERP Systems Lead leads ERP integration outcomes by defining strategy, scope, timelines, and governance, and by overseeing execution performed by internal technical teams and external implementation partners. The role is accountable for decision making, risk management, and delivery of ERP integration objectives, rather than hands on system configuration or development.Major ResponsibilitiesPre Close Due DiligenceAssess target company ERP landscapes, including platforms, modules, customizations, integrations, and data structuresEvaluate ERP support for core business processes (e.G., record to report, order to cash, procure to pay, supply chain)Identify ERP related risks, constraints, and cost driversContribute to integration or separation strategy recommendations (e.G., single instance, two-tier, interim solutions)Provide ERP input to deal timelines, ...
