M&A Banker - Latin America Sell-Side Advisory

Cebron Global is expanding its lower middle market M&A advisory platform and is seeking an experienced M&A Banker based in Latin America to originate and execute sell-side mandates.

The banker will focus on identifying privately held Latin American companies whose owners are considering a full sale, majority recapitalization, strategic partnership, or cross-border transaction with buyers in the United States and Europe.
