Overview

M&A Associate (Tech) – Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB). Based in Madrid, the role is fully integrated within Santander CIB’s European Technology franchise and supports high‑profile strategic M&A, equity capital markets and other corporate finance transactions for leading technology clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated insights on Technology sector dynamics, including valuation trends, capital flows, strategic and sponsor activity, public market performance, disruptive business models, and emerging subsectors.
• Drive the preparation and quality control of senior‑level client materials, including pitch books, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials, investor presentations and internal approval documents.
