- Conduct market screening and target identification
- Lead business case development, including synergy assessment
- Prepare executive materials and negotiation support documents
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational)
- Ensure alignment with Group governance and approval processes
- Lead transaction structuring and closing
