- Assess Microsoft 365 tenant health across apps services and network connectivity.
- Evaluate M365 Apps performance (Office Teams Outlook) and optimize configurations for reliability and user experience.
- Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads including bandwidth latency and connectivity best practices.
- Analyze usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improving engagement.
- Provide guidance on governance compliance and operational processes to strengthen platform health.
