- Bachelor’s Degree in any computer stream (3-4 Yrs)
- Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience.
- Should be able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Should carry a positive attitude towards business problems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in all Microsoft 365 modules and features, including device management.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security & compliance features, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating and managing Microsoft 365 services.
