M365 Operations Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M365 Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Lexmark‑Xerox. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) support for Microsoft 365 (M365) tools, with a specific focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This role will involve assisting with the day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of these platforms to ensure seamless and efficient functionality for our users.
Key Responsibilities
