- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare methold statments and check drawing discrepancies
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Carry out inspections when required to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are compiled
- To coordinate M & E meetings and daily briefing at site
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Software is an added advantage
- Understand local construction by law
