You'll take the lead on projects, from execution to identifying process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
• Support rider-facing product setups and QA testing
• Document changes in airport product configurations
• Conduct Ground Truth Surveys and Client Feedback reviews
• Maintain accurate records while supporting periodic audits
• Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in technical operations or program management
