Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Program Manager – Linguistic Validation, this role oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality, linguistically validated Patient‑Reported Outcome (PRO) instruments. Responsibilities include leading complex, iterative validation workflows—such as harmonization, back‑translation, expert and in‑country reviews, and cognitive debriefing—to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clinical relevance. The position regularly serves as lead project manager and primary client liaison, contributes to team capability building through training and mentorship, and supports cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects as required.
