Castillo Hotel Son Vida, an iconic luxury destination in Mallorca and part of The Luxury Collection, seeks a Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Back Office, Guest Experience and Concierge, delivering operational excellence and outstanding guest journeys.

You will define the Guest Experience strategy, ensure brand standards, manage budgets, mentor talent and drive loyalty, while reflecting Arabella Hospitality’s values and the hotel’s unique character.
