Luxury Retail Concession Manager (Vancouver)

We are partnering with an established global luxury accessories company to hire a Luxury Retail Concession Manager . This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a profitable concession business within a partner department store. The Concession Manager leads sales, client experience, team development, operations, and merchandising while maintaining strong relationships with department store leadership. This position reports to the Retail Director.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Partner with HR on recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
