Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at the ultra-luxury Resort, One & Only Mandarina, in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through effective handling of reservations, direct communication with guests, and managing inquiries professionally.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, excellent English skills, a minimum of one year of experience, and familiarity with reservation systems like Opera or Fidelio.
