Luxury Hotel Engineering & Maintenance Manager

The President Hotel in Cape Town seeks an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to support the Chief Engineer in overseeing maintenance operations. You will lead a hands-on team across Foremen, Technicians, Electricians and Plumbers, coordinating daily briefs, task allocation, and shift planning.

Role requires 5–7 years in hotel facilities maintenance, 3 years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and building systems. CMMS experience (OMNI/INFOR/HotSOS) is essential.
