Luxury High-Volume Kitchen Leader — Head Chef

Zuma is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead one of our dynamic kitchens in Ibiza. You will inspire your team, uphold the highest culinary standards, and ensure every guest enjoys the Zuma experience in a luxury, high-volume setting.

You’ll drive culture, mentor large kitchen teams, and manage Back of House operations while collaborating with management to deliver outstanding guest experiences. A summer training opportunity in Ibiza is included to prepare for leadership.
