Luxury Cruise Ship Executive Chef

Silversea is looking for an Executive Chef to lead our onboard culinary department, responsible for delivering ultra-luxury dining experiences. The role includes managing a large international team, overseeing food quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with public health standards.

Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of executive chef experience in a high-end environment, a deep understanding of culinary techniques, and excellent leadership qualities. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills preferred.
