- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections to client and internal vehicles in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner according to standardized and manufacturer guidelines
- Diagnose vehicle concerns, provide clear and concise documentation of finding and repairs
- Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology while educating customers on maintenance and repair needs
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and proficiency in work carried out throughout the shop, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of shop and shop tools
- Complete and review repair orders with service advisors, clearly explaining additional service needs
- Collaborate with service staff and management to ensure timely completion of work
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards
