MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (SYSTEMS)

• Oversee systems relating to foreign vehicle permits matters.
• Review existing system processes and business rules, and propose changes to improve the systems regularly.
• Work on new digital transformation projects, requiring a strong interest in technology and knowledge of latest market practices and trends.
• Develop solutions, justify project viability, prepare tender specifications, evaluate tenders, manage budgets and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the projects.
• Handle customer feedback and manage a 24/7 operations environment.
